As a family business, with a small portfolio of ski apartments which we rent to clients (mostly already known to us), we are able to offer personal service at a price that reflects our low overheads. The family-sized Ski apartments are in Austria and Bulgaria and offer a wide range of prices and specifications to suit all budgets. There is also a 5 bedroom city apartment in Edinburgh which is ideally suited to students or professionals needing longer term accommodation just minutes from the heart of Scotland’s lively capital city. This apartment is normally available for short-term lets during July/August for the Edinburgh Festival.

Zell am See Austria
Nestling beside the picturesque Zeller Lake at the foot of the Schmittenhohe mountain (2000m), Zell am See has been a favourite with holidaymakers for centuries. Borovets Bulgaria
Situated at 1390m on the Rila Mountains, Borovets is the largest ski resort in Eastern Europe and also the oldest, founded in 1896 as a hunting ground for kings. Today, travellers come to Borovets for its excellent ski school, good snow record and lively nightlife.
Along with other Eastern European resorts, Borovets offers an alternative, cheaper ski holiday than those found in the traditional resorts of France, Austria, Italy and Switzerland. Hotels, flights, ski hire, lift passes and the cost of living are all cheaper here, making it a perfect resort for skiers on a budget. Borovets has access to three different ski areas, with the highest pistes at an impressive 2600m. The area is perfect for beginners and intermediates; with excellent ski-schools it is known for being child-friendly.
